Cet équipement de déshydratation est monté sur châssis. Il permet la réduction des déchets à la source. Un échantillon des déchets à collecter est prélevé pour tester le polymère le plus adapté et le dosage nécessaire. Les boues ou graisses sont aspirées et le polymère y est ajouté pour permettre la floculation : les matières en suspension s’agglomèrent et sont séparées de la partie liquide grâce à une grille filtrante dans la cuve. Les eaux résiduelles peuvent être rejetées dans l’installation. La diminution des volumes de boues aspirés permet d’augmenter le nombre de cuves/fosses à traiter. Les déchets déshydratés sont plus facilement recyclables et valorisables : épandage, compostage, méthanisation.

The 5-tank design of the EUROPA Rebreather offers great versatility and excellent autonomy. The performance and tolerance of the pumps combined with the automatic cleaning systems of the filtration networks allow an instantaneous passage from rebreather mode to combined mode. With the automatic cleaning function, the entire filtration network is cleaned in less than 15 minutes.
